Tentang PT Jaya Nurimba

PT. Jaya Nurimba is a manufacturer of Blown Linear Low Density Polyethylene (BPE) Film, Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film, and Metallising Film. The products are sold to converters that further process the film for packaging of candy, chocolate, snacks, biscuits, meat, oil, sauce, frozen food, house-hold products and many other usages.
We started our manufacturing activities in May 2001 and today we utilize the following machines to manufacture the films:
1. BPE Film.
Our BPE films are produced using 3 layers BPE co-extrusion machines. Currently we operate three BPE film machines from Reifenhauser Kiefel (Germany) that has range of width from 1.60 meter up to 2.60 meter. The film coming out from the machines is slit inline into various widths required by customers.
2. CPP Film.
Our CPP films are produced using 3 layer CPP co-extrusion machines. Currently we operate two CPP film machines from Egan (USA) and SML (AUSTRIA) that has range of width from 3.3 meter up to 3.7 meter. The film coming out from the machines is slit with separate slitter from Atlas (UK) into various widths required by customers.
3. Metallising Film.
High humidity, high cost of Aluminium Foil, demand for excellent barrier and attractive appearance have made metallised film to be one of the most preferable solution for today's packaging and decorating application. Currently we operate three Metallising machines from Applied Materials (Germany) and Bobst General (UK). With these machines we are capable of metallising almost any kind of film with excellent quality. Our metallising machines are also equipped with Gas Injection facility that enables us to produce metallised CPP film with virtually no tramlines. We also installed Plasma Treatment facility in the metallising machines that enable us to produce metallised film with better results in the barrier property and aluminium adhesion to film.
All types of film are produced using 3 layers co-extrusion lines. The company's highly dedicated and competent engineering team using the latest know-how, together with state-of-the-art Reifenhauser and Davis Standard lines from Germany and USA respectively, have enabled us to diversify into various high quality Cast and Blown films for packaging of candy, chocolate, snacks, meat, oil, sauce, house-hold products, and many other industrial usages compatible with today's high-tech age.
To make sure we deliver good quality products to our customers, our quality control (QC) department uses state of the art laboratory equipments to perform thorough inspection of films prior to shipment.
