Description
1. Content Creation & Editing
- Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos to enhance the brand’s online presence across various social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s positioning and objectives.
- Work closely with the team to design and execute a strategic content plan, boosting brand visibility and engagement.
2. Travel & On-Site Support
- Travel with the business owner as needed to locations such as Bali and Jakarta, providing support for content creation and brand promotion activities.
3. Office Management & Coordination
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, document organization, and other tasks assigned by the business owner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Content Creation & Editing Expertise
- Strong skills in photography, video shooting, and editing, with a keen eye for aesthetics and creativity in content.
- Proficiency in social media management and content strategy, with the ability to design and execute effective content plans
- At least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of office management systems and workflows, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
3. Exceptional Communication & Adaptability
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and local languages, with flexibility to adapt to varying work environments and schedules.
- High level of confidentiality and responsibility, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
4. Additional Requirements
- Aged under 30, based in Jakarta, and willing to travel as needed.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset, providing valuable support and information to the business owner as required.
