Our Client, a prominent FMCG company, is seeking an experienced HRGA Head to lead their Human Resources and General Affairs functions.
This strategic role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in HR management especially in Industrial Relations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and lead the HR and General Affairs (HRGA) functions, ensuring smooth operations across all HR processes, policies, and compliance.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, supporting business growth and employee engagement.
3. Manage mass recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding large volumes of candidates within specified timelines.
4. Spearhead employee relations initiatives, maintaining a positive work environment and handling employee grievances with confidentiality and professionalism.
5. Develop and maintain efficient HRGA policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance with local labor laws.
6. Handle the overall General Affairs functions, including office management, vendor relations, asset management, and facility maintenance.
7. Collaborate with various departments to support business needs through HR data-driven insights, training, and development programs.
8. Manage HR budget effectively, optimizing HRGA expenses while maintaining high-quality services and compliance standards.
1. Bachelors degree in Law .
2. Preferably from FMCG/ Manufacturing Industry.
3. At least 8-10 years of experience in HRGA.
4. Open male or female.
5. Strong understanding of INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS.
6. Demonstrated strong leadership and large team management skills; able to motivate and lead teams through complex projects.
7. Strong analytical thinking and ability to work in face pace working environment.
8. Have a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of working independently and adapting to dynamic work environments.
9.Highly organized with exceptional time management and project management abilities.
