Understanding the needs of the company clients
Help the on boarding support team
Maintain relationship with clients, daily support, assisting on boarding support for implementation
Attract potential customers by answering products and service questions suggesting information about products and services
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Resolves product or services problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem;selecting and explanning the best solution to solve the problem  expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Prepare products or service report by collecting and analyzing customer information

Requirements

Have experince working in hotel as a front desk or reservation
Accountable and resourceful
Have passion in hospitality
Able to work under pressure and gast-paced environment
Good with excel and words
Good command in Englsh and bahasa
Pro-Active in English and Bahasa
Pro-active, sociable and love to establish relationship
Not afraid to communicate
