Tugas Pekerjaan

Perencanaan pengembangan sub area
Membuat perencanaan Program Penjualan dan Pengembangan Jalur Jaringan Distribusi
Bertanggung jawab terhadap Sales Forecast dan Sales Achievement
Membuat Laporan dan analisa Program Penjualan dan Jalur Jaringan Distribusi 
Men-support kinerja distributor : distribusi Produk dan Volume Penjualan.   (Weekly Meeting, MoM & action plan)
Membuat laporan Aktivitas Kompetitor
Menjaga & Analisa Hutang Piutang (A/R) Pasar ke Distributor
Berkerjasama dengan Marketing dalam aktivitas Marketing dan Promosi
Bertanggung Jawab pengadaan Stock Barang di Pasar
Relationship dengan Outlet & Distributor
Bertanggung jawab kepada Area Manager.

Ukuran Kinerja

Pencapaian sales target dan distribusi/ NOO > tercapai 100%
Out of stock di pasar > 0%
Target sub area/ channel by brand by pack > tepat waktu, quarterly, monthly
Journey Plan, night call plan (termasuk milik MD, SPG) > master setiap tgl 25, update    setiap senin
Daily call plan dan report > setiap hari sebelum dan setelah kunjungan
Traveling Plan & visit report > setiap tgl 25, visit report max 1 minggu setelah aktivitas
Weekly progress report > setiap hari senin max jam 9.00wib
Monthly report > setiap tgl 5
Analisa aktivitas dan penggunaan budget marketing > 2 weekly setiap tgl 16 dan 5
Penggunaan biaya marketing dan BOP > tidak melebihi budget yang ditetapkan
Project progress report > max 1 minggu setelah project selesai

Requirements

Kualifikasi Pendidikan

Sarjana - segala jurusan (diutamakan ekonomi/ business)

Keahlian dan Pengetahuan

Kemampuan dalam perencanaan aktivitas marketing
Kemampuan dan pengetahuan hal distribusi consumer good
Pengetahuan hal pasar consumer good
Kemampuan analisa
Kemampuan komputer > word, excel
Negosiasi skill yang baik
Kemampuan berinteraksi dan komunikasi dengan baik
Network dan relationship yang baik dengan pihak ketiga

Spesifikasi Pengalaman Kerja

Pengalaman minimum 2 tahun sebagai salesrep/ salesman   pada perusahaan consumer good
