Description

Main Responsibility :

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Administration 
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements

Requirements :

  • High school or equivalent
  • Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Able to operate computer & willing to learn customer service system
  • Have a good communication skills and listening skills (Customer Service orientation)
  • Able to work under pressure (handling customer complaint & customer needs)
  • Able to communicate in English 
  • Good command in Mandarin is an advantage.
