Description
  • Develop and manage organization business strategies and perform excellent execution
  • Manage communication and relationship with potential partners / clients and giving solutions introduction that are appropriate for their business needs
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the operation and sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.
  • Provide daily and monthly report of field sales success.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in software industry (REQUIRED).
  • Sales Oriented.
  • Minimum 25 years old and maximum 35 years old.
  • Min. S-1, majoring in business or communication.
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to deliver on time and on target.
  • Formal presentation skills,
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
