Description
  • Services customers by answering product and service related questions e.g., 
  1. Product usage and features 
  2. Transaction status 
  3. Repayment status 
  • Resolves customer queries and complaints by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve their problem and following up with them to check resolution of the problem 
  • Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams for additional documents and expedite loan approvals
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. 
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. 
  • Patient and calm personality, strong people skills and good decision making ability 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment 
  • Prior knowledge about customer service solutions like freshdesk/ zendisk would be preferable 
  • Conversational ability in English preferable 
  • Maximum 27 years old.
  • Ready to be assigned on shifting work schedule (Day/Night).
