  1. Responsible for new accounts acquisition. Doing profiling and prospecting.
  2. Build a strong relationship with accounts, especially in these industries: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Energy or Government (Public Sector).
  3. Working directly offline at Surabaya Office
  4. Convert leads into sales profit.
  5. Ensuring on yearly target achievement
  6. Doing Presales activity, such as Company Profile presentation, Product Presentation & Demo, conduct Workshops & webinars.
  7. Understand the business process and target market


  1. Graduate from SMK/SMA minimum. Diploma and bachelor’s degree are preferred.
  2. Have an advance skill of CAD Software (AutoCAD) and basic skill of CAD CAM Software, such as: Inventor or Solidworks.
  3. Have interest in software and able to learn software independently
  4. Min. 2 years work experience. Preferably have experience in Selling Software.
  5. Fluency in Bahasa and good in English.
  6. A problem solver with a good communication skill
  7. Have a good interpersonal skill.
  8. Have good communication and presentation skill.
  9. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  10. Highly motivated and target driven.
  11. Good capability for selling and negotiation.
  12. Male/Female aged 20-30
