Description

Handle quality, productivity, safety, food safety, GMP and hygiene in the factory.
Control production schedule and evaluate the efficiency & production result.
Manage warehouse.
Plan, monitor, coach, counsel, mentor and evaluate subordinates.
Do Kaizen for SOP and make sure of it's effectiveness.
Maintain an conducive and efficient work environment, including doing maintenance for machines and tools.
Other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Hold Bachelor's degree in any major.
Has min. 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor with min. 3 years in Small Food Manufacturing company.
Experienced in handling production including quality, safety, food safety, GMP & hygiene, also handling warehouse and simple maintenance in the factory.
Conversational level English (proficient in oral & written).
Willing to support factory maintenance as necessary.
Good leadership skill, hard working, good interpersonal skill, and committed.
